3network contract phone= crying .

hi i had 3network contract phone.i suffered last 2 years. whenever you complain signal problem they said ,oo we are spending millions and millions and some said billions pound they said if you are not able to receive or making a call doesnt matter you have to pay a bill. even dying they said oh sorry you are dying but give a bill please so dont tempt by 3 network offers . they are good for nothing b/c if you are not able to use in emergency than????????. i know too many suffers like me .please bother it and tell them that they are worst in service
