lg cookie and mini i phone non working no chargers or ideas why they are faulty !

both these phones have no chargers and my son says of what he can remember cookie powersup when it wants to but the mini i phone just died one day and it was the charger at fault at that time. no idea whether it would power up if you managed to get a charger for it sold as spares
