A year old and in excellent condition. Only very minor nicks to the metal surround. Bought through Orange so likely locked. Comes in original box with charger, cable and unused headphones. Still running 5.1.1 and currently jailbroken. Can upgrade to iOS6 and returned to stock if requested.
